Vietnamese Vermicelli with BBQ Pork Balls (Bun Nem Nuong)

Ingredients:500g Mince Pork, 5 to 6 tble spoons of Nem Nuong seasoning, 2 tble spoons of garlic, 2 pieces of dry Rice Vermicelli (Bun), bamboo skewers (optional), cucumber, carrot (or beansprout), mint, vietnamese dipping sauce
