cobb bbq BRAAI - SMOKED RIBS.wmv

Smoking ribs on a Cobb BBQ. I like to cook with lump wood charcoal and I used hickory for the smoke. I used water in the well and cooked the ribs for 3:30 hours. The BBQ sauce that I used was "bone sucking sauce" with a bit of olive oil.
